    We are writing to inform you of an upcoming service downtime as we transition to a cloud-based infrastructure to enhance our services.


    To ensure a smooth migration and prevent any data loss or service interruptions, we will pause operations for a day. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this period.


    Maintenance Details

    1. Reason: Migrating our database and infrastructure to the cloud to improve service stability

    2. Date & Time : February 18, 2025 (Tuesday) at 8:00 AM – February 19, 2025 (Wednesday) at 8:00 AM (Korea Standard Time, KST)

    3. Impact:

    - textom.global and login functions will be unavailable.

    - All data collection and analysis services will be temporarily suspended.


    * Please complete any ongoing data collection and analysis before the maintenance begins.

    * We recommend that you schedule your data collection and analysis activities outside of the maintenance window.

    * TEXTOM will not be responsible for any issues resulting from failure to adhere to this maintenance schedule, as we are providing advance notice.


    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our services. Our team is committed to completing the transition as efficiently as possible.
