  • Qpayment When purchasing in bulk, how is the discount applied?

      5% discount is applied for purchases of 450 USD / 10% discount is applied for purchases of 1,000 USD.


      For purchases of 1500 USD or more and inquiries about building a custom TEXTOM, textom.global@gmail.com or chatbot.

  • Qpayment I ended up using your data by mistake. Is data recovery possible?

      If data is deducted due to user error, it cannot be recovered.

  • Qpayment What is your refund policy?
    • A

      A refund is possible within 1 month from the date of purchase. 


      However, if you have used any amount of the purchased data, even 1KB, the refund process may be difficult.

  • Qpayment Are there any plans that fit your budget?
    • A

      If you find it difficult to set the data capacity and usage period according to your budget, you can calculate the appropriate fee by logging into TEXTOM and clicking on the 'Add Capacity' tab located at the top right corner.

  • Qpayment Is there a way to purchase it as an annual subscription?
    • A

      TEXTOM offers the option to purchase data capacity and usage periods immediately.


      - Data capacity can be purchased in units of 1MB.

      - You can choose from usage periods of 3 month / 6 months / 9 months / 12 months.


      Therefore, please note that annual subscriptions for data capacity purchases are not available.

  • Qpayment Will the data be renewed when the usage period expires?
    • A

      You cannot renew or carry over the usage period for the purchased capacity.


      In TEXTOM's capacity purchase system, we have divided the usage period to allow users to conduct analysis within the desired timeframe. Therefore, we recommend using up the capacity within the usage period you have paid for. If conducting analysis within a short period is difficult, we recommend selecting a longer usage period starting from the payment stage.

  • Quser I would like to update the personal information I provided during registration.
    • A

      You can change your password, image, phone number, and date of birth by clicking on [My Page] - Edit Profile - Edit Information button.

  • Quser I would like to withdraw my membership.
    • A

      You can proceed with your withdrawal by clicking on 'My Page' at the top right corner of the homepage. Then selecting 'Member Information' and finally clicking on the 'Withdrawal' button.

  • Quser I forgot my ID and password.
    • A

      For the ID, you can retrieve it using the name and email address provided during registration. 

      As for the password, you can receive a reset password via email using your username and email address. The reset password can be changed again through the [My Page] - Member Information - Edit Information path.

  • Quser Can multiple people use one ID?
    • A

      You can use it. 


      However, please note that if multiple users use the same account for research and analysis, it may be difficult to restore or recover data if it gets damaged or deleted.

  • Qother What are the customer service hours?
    • A

      All CS inquiries are operated from 8AM to 5PM on weekdays (KST).


      When making inquiries, please provide a screenshot image of your TEXTOM ID, data name, and the part of the inquiry for faster and more accurate confirmation.

  • Qother I applied for a TEXTOM Edu account, but it was rejected.
    • A

      TEXTOM Edu is a free service provided exclusively to educators such as teachers, professors, and instructors who wish to conduct big data education using TEXTOM.


      For verification of educator status, please upload an attachment in the 'Purpose of Use' section on [My Page] that can prove your affiliation.


      Afterwards, upon receiving your TEXTOM Edu application, we will verify and create an educational account for you.

  • Qother Can I integrate KOREA and CHINA with TEXTOM once I sign up?
    • A

      Integration is possible.


      Based on the login information provided during sign-up, you can access TEXTOM services in English, Korea and Chinese. However, please note that Edu is a program exclusively provided to educators, so integration may not be available.

  • Qother Can I use the capacity paid for in TEXTOM ENGLISH in KOREA / CHINA?

      It is not possible.


      The storage capacity purchased through TEXTOM's Korean / English / Chinese services can only be used within the purchased language service.

  • Qother What is the difference between regular use and deployment of TEXTOM?
    • A

      In the case of regular use of TEXTOM, it means conducting big data analysis based on PC services. Deployment refers to integrating analysis functions like TEXTOM into the actual website or service that users use


      If you wish to deploy TEXTOM services, please contact textom.global@gmail.com and provide the following information: the website or service where deployment is desired, desired TEXTOM features for deployment, number of users, etc. Our team will confirm and assist with cost estimation and deployment guidance.
